Quality Nurse

We're Hiring: Quality Nurse (RN) Location: Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Hospital & Healthcare

Are you a detail-oriented RN with a passion for patient safety and performance improvement? Join our team as a Quality Nurse, where you'll play a vital role in advancing care standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous readiness for CIHQ, Joint Commission, CMS, and state surveys.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and analyze quality and safety data (core measures, infection prevention, adverse events)
• Support performance improvement projects and peer/mortality review processes
• Conduct audits, tracer rounds, and Environment of Care assessments across departments
• Educate staff and leadership on best practices and regulatory standards
• Collect and submit data to CMS, NHSN, CIHQ, and other agencies
• Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and survey readiness documentation
• Participate in root cause analyses and follow-up action plans

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• RN license in Texas (or compact state)
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• 3+ years of clinical experience in acute care
• Experience in quality, patient safety, or regulatory compliance preferred
• Strong knowledge of CIHQ/Joint Commission, CMS Conditions of Participation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, NHSN portals, CMS QualityNet
• CPHQ certification preferred or obtainable within 2 years
