**Practicum Learning Options** Hello! I’m excited to support you in your practicum. You have two options for how we can structure your learning: - **On‑Site Learning (Hands‑On Experience):** You’ll gain direct, supervised experience in a professional setting: Rate: $150 one-time admin fee plus a $7/hr flat fee for administrative tasks. ---Supervision: direct support and mentorship from MSN, RN - **Virtual Learning (with Site Agreement)** You’ll work with me remotely under a formal site agreement to ensure your practicum requirements are met. - Cost: Initial administrative fee, then **$12 per hour** for instructional time. My goal is to make sure your practicum experience is meaningful, flexible, and aligned with your program’s requirements. Please let me know which option works best for you, and we’ll set up the details together.

Trauma and General Surgery rotation in a level II trauma center. You will care for patients from the time they enter the hospital until discharge in multiple units.

Best suited for last or next to last rotation. Will focus on transitioning to practice while caring for a variety of trauma and general surgery patients. Flexibility with scheduling if needed - we work at least 12hr shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Clinical Manager - 8-bed CVICU

I have enjoyed precepting throughout my nursing career. Now, as a clinical manager, I have had the pleasure of precepting a couple nursing students in their leadership/management courses. I would like to continue giving back to the nursing community as I am able.

Facilitate an informal, collaborative and mutually respectful environment in which nursing students can learn. Provide a variety of learning experiences with appropriate client populations. Direct the student to resources and evidence-based readings. If appropriate, encourage participation in interdisciplinary team meetings.
